Ethics is important in every aspect of our life whether we are making personal or professional decisions. As nonprofit management professionals, it is our responsibility and duty to behave in an ethical manner that demonstrates the integrity of our profession. I often speak on this topic and I co-lead an ethics webinar monthly so ethics is always top of mind for me. In my work, I do a lot to help people understand ethics and ethical decision making.
