Sepp Presents on Ethics at ASAE 2026 Annual Meeting

Cecilia Sepp, Principal, will be part of a presentation on ethics on Tuesday, August 18 at 9 am. The session is presented by the ASAE Ethics Committee and includes Immediate Past Chair Cindy Ziegler of APIC and incoming Vice Chair Shawna Strickland of the American Epilepsy Society. The title is “Ethics at Work: A Day at the Galactic Cosmetics Association.” It’s an interactive play that will include the audience – add it to your schedule! This qualifies for the ethics credit for CAE renewal.

Sepp Presented an AWTC Webinar: Redefining Personal Brand - Beyond the Red Glasses

On July 22 at 12 noon – 1 pm ET, Cecilia Sepp presented “Redefining Personal Brand: Beyond the Red Glasses” for AWTC. This facilitated conversation covered our public facing selves, perceptions by others and by ourselves, and personal branding.

Sepp Co-Facilitates Session for the Alliance

Sepp Participates in Final Conversation about Ethics Soap Opera!

On April 21, 2026, Cecilia Sepp, CAE, ACNP, LPEC, participated in an online discussion with ASAE members about the March Ethics Awareness Month Soap Opera, “As the Association Turns.” Facilitated by Shawna Strickland, American Epilepsy Society, the group was joined by ASAE Ethics Committee Chair Larry Smith of IIB Association Group. The conversation turned on possible outcomes, what else to consider, and why we need to use ethics in all our association relationships.

Cecilia Sepp, CAE, ACNP, LPEC was a panelist in Episode 2 of A.I. for Consultants which focused on A.I. Policies and Ethical Approaches. The Content Task Force of the ASAE Key Consultants Committee created this series to support professional Consultants in the nonprofit space. The full panel included Barbara Armentrout (moderator), Sherry Budziak, and Laura Caputo, and Sepp. Although it is designed for Consultants this episode contains great information for everyone using A.I. in their work.
