About Cecilia Sepp, CAE, ACNP—Principal & Founder
Cecilia’s inquisitive nature and burning desire to make a difference was a perfect fit when she chose a career in nonprofit management. With over three decades in the profession, her passion is to put her expertise to work to help nonprofits bloom with creativity and innovation. Cecilia is a recognized authority in nonprofit organization management and a leader who translates vision into action.
Prior to starting RT, Cecilia made an impact as an association CEO, a staff member, a volunteer leader, and a consultant—with small volunteer organizations to global professional societies. She began her consultant career in 2003, with her first consultancy CS Association Services. She now shares her expertise as a consultant, writer, speaker, podcast host, and skilled facilitator adept in all aspects of nonprofit management. She is a sought-after speaker on ethics and other critical topics for nonprofits.
Cecilia earned the Certified Association Executive designation in 2015, Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional certificate in 2018, and Virtual Events Institute Professional certification in 2021. In 2023, she earned the DEI Workplace Certificate and Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional credential, and was honored with the 2023 Association Women Technology Champions (AWTC) Award.
