ASAE 2026 Annual Meeting Preview!

By Cecilia Sepp, CAE, ACNP, LPEC

Rogue Tulips Consulting is excited to be deeply involved in the ASAE Annual Meeting this year. We are looking forward to connecting with many people within the association management community.

A lot of information is shared right before the conference, so you may be feeling a bit overwhelmed. That’s okay – as long as you find the information you need before, during and after the conference. I recommend the ASAE Signature Events App for scheduling and connection.

We’ve been promoting our activities the last few months, but I thought I’d take this week’s message and remind you of our major participation points:

EXHIBITING! Booth 1329

We will be part of the Nonprofit Consultants Collaborative booth in the Exhibit Hall – visit us at Booth 1329. Have a one-to-one conversation with me and get insight into better outcomes for your association.

PRESENTING!

Cecilia Sepp, Principal, will be part of a presentation on ethics on Tuesday, August 18 at 9 am. The session is presented by the ASAE Ethics Committee and includes Past Chair Cindy Ziegler of APIC and incoming Vice Chair Shawna Strickland of the American Epilepsy Society. The title is “Ethics at Work: A Day at the Galactic Cosmetics Association.” It’s an interactive play that will include the audience – we have lots of opportunities for interaction! This qualifies for the ethics credit for CAE renewal. You’ll laugh. You’ll gasp. You’ll think!

The Alliance for Women in Associations

As a Founding Lifetime Member of the Alliance, I am excited to see this new organization continue growing. The leaders are full of positive energy and are working to build connections at ASAE since we will be there “in person.” Look for me or Alexandra Bradley, Ana Maria Rivera-Pramuk (to name a few) to get your pin and ribbon, or to learn more about the Alliance.

Best wishes for a great conference and I will see you in Indy!
